Mix Your Solution

Mix 1 part Wet & Forget: Moss & Algae Remover with 5 parts water in a garden sprayer (e.g., 1L product to 5L water).

Saturate The Area

Saturate the dry surface with the solution until it is thoroughly wet. Sometimes lichen is tough and can require a two-step attack. Once the formula is applied, wait 15-20 minutes for it to penetrate, and then treat the area again.

Let The Elements Do The Scrubbing

Once you have finished, simply leave it! The wind and rain will work with the formula to clean the surface over time. Important: Don't forget to give your plants one last watering to rinse off any overspray.

A Helpful Tip From Our Experts

For surfaces heavily affected, return 15 minutes after your first application and coat the area again while it is still wet. This "double-soak" ensures the product penetrates the tough outer shell of the lichen to reach the living biology underneath.

If you are likely to get overspray onto plants or grass, water the garden before application to create a barrier, and rinse plants down afterwards.

Some months ago I purchased 5L of your product, Wet and Forget. I intended to use your product on pavers which had need of cleaning. My house is over 50yrs old and has a teracotta tile roof which was covered with moss and grime. One could hardly see the natural colour of the tiles. I was told by the builder the tiles needed to be replaced, with a quote of $6,000. I advised him that I would consider it. I decided to try Wet and Forget and used it all, hoping for the best. Meanwhile, I went away touring in my caravan for 4 months and on my return - to my horror - the roof tiles had been replaced!! I just had to write and send you this photo of a house we brought a few months ago. As you can see it was in a real bad way. It was a real talking point to everyone who travelled past or played golf, as it fronted on to golf course. I've been looking for help to kill the weeds between the cobblestones in my court yard and the pesky ones that come up in my riverstone garden, without having to worry about my cat. This stuff is amazing. Weeds were gone in 2 hours and I could not be happier. I bought the concentrate and a sprayer so I can zap those weeds whenever they pop up with little effort. As an older person it's great to be able to spot spray without bending down. Very easy to mix as well so what's not to like. Already I have recommended to my neighbour and family. A must product in the garden shed!

Product works well on pine decks, only requiring medium scrubbing with the long handled brush. However with hardwood decks such as our purple heart deck it does require A LOT of scrubbing. Had to get knee pads and scrubbed on all fours for half a day with a hand held brush. I think I expected it to be easier to be honest but still happy with the outcome.

Amazing stuff! Extremely easy to clean the windows with a quick spray, wipe and rinse. No hard scrubbing is needed. My husband and I got out windows done on our 100m2 house in about 15 minutes. Used with the extending window cleaning pole, this stuff makes window cleaning a breeze.

It is el supremo at dissolving kitchen grease. Even stuff jif just gets bogged down in, gets dissolved in an instant. I was amazed at even on walls a light spray and wipe with a handy towel already damp with shower witch did the trick. We had some baskets that sit on top of the pantry ( for recipe books) that were pretty grimy, so I took them outside to them a good soaking. After a 10 min hose off , they were like new. I'm amazed. Cannot recommend this product highly enough. Have a young cat (super stressed following the sudden passing of his cuddle buddy) indiscriminately urinating outside his litter tray. Have cleaned, vinegared & tried every product available (including heavy duty commercial enzyme cleaners). Nothing has worked. We were at our wits end and at the stage of carpet replacement when we spotted this product on a TV ad. Arrived within 48 hours of ordering and LOVE it! Not going to lie, I was dubious that something could really do the job of removing pet smells, feel like I’ve tried everything on the market, but most things just mask the smell, not fix it! Sprayed this as soon as I got it on my carpet where my dog is guilty of reoffending.. got home from work the next day and went to the offending corner for a sniff….
