Wet & Forget "Win the Ultimate Exterior House Clean" Giveaway: Terms and Conditions

Promotion Period: 8th August 2025 – 7th Setember 2025

Participating Stores: All Wet & Forget stores in New Zealand and the official Wet & Forget New Zealand website (wetandforget.co.nz).

These Terms and Conditions govern the "Win the Ultimate Exterior House Clean" giveaway ("the Promotion") promoted by Wet & Forget (NZ) Ltd ("the Promoter"). Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

  1. Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over.

  2. Employees and immediate families of the Promoter, its associated companies, and any agencies involved in this promotion are ineligible to enter.

How to Enter

There are two tiers of prizes to be won, with different entry methods for each:

Tier 1: In-store and Online Monthly Prize Draw

  1. To enter the draw to win one (1) of the monthly Exterior Clean Packs, customers must spend over NZD $150 in a single transaction at any participating Wet & Forget store or online at wetandforget.co.nz during the Promotion Period.

  2. For in-store purchases, customers will receive an official entry form at the time of purchase to complete and place in the designated entry box.

  3. For online purchases at wetandforget.co.nz, customers who spend over NZD $150 in a single transaction will be automatically entered into the draw for the online winner.

  4. One entry is permitted per qualifying transaction.

Tier 2: National Grand Prize Draw

  1. To enter the draw to win the ultimate exterior home clean, customers must spend over NZD $150 in a single transaction at any participating Wet & Forget store or online at wetandforget.co.nz during the Promotion Period.

  2. Entry into the National Grand Prize Draw is automatic for all customers who meet the NZD $150 spend threshold in a single transaction, both in-store and online.

  3. One entry is permitted per qualifying transaction.

Prizes

Monthly Prize (per store and one online winner):

  1. There is one (1) Exterior Clean Pack to be won per participating Wet & Forget store and one (1) for online customers.

  2. Each Exterior Clean Pack consists of:

    • 1 x Window Witch

    • 1 x Double Bubble

    • 1 x Rapid Application

    • 1 x Hit The Deck

  3. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

National Grand Prize:

  1. There is one (1) National Grand Prize to be won.

  2. The National Grand Prize is an "ultimate exterior home clean" provided by the Wet & Forget cleaning team. This includes the cleaning of the winner's residential house exterior, deck, and driveway using Wet & Forget's Window Witch, Double Bubble, Rapid Application, and Hit The Deck products.

  3. The specifics of the clean (e.g., the size of the areas to be cleaned) will be determined in consultation with the winner and are subject to reasonable limitations at the Promoter's discretion. The prize is for a standard single-story residential dwelling. Additional charges may apply for larger or more complex properties, to be agreed upon with the winner.

  4. Filming and Content: As a condition of accepting the National Grand Prize, the winner agrees to have the exterior clean of their property filmed and photographed by the Promoter or its agents. The winner grants the Promoter a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use this footage, imagery, and any testimonials provided for marketing and content purposes across all Wet & Forget marketing channels (including, but not limited to, social media, website, television, and print) without further compensation, notification, or approval.

  5. The National Grand Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The clean must be redeemed by a date to be agreed upon with the Promoter, within six months of the winner being announced.

Winner Selection and Notification

  1. All prize draws will take place by the 12th of September 2025.

  2. The winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.

  3. The winners will be notified by telephone or email using the details provided at the time of entry.

  4. The winners' names may be announced on the Wet & Forget New Zealand website and social media channels. By entering this promotion, winners agree to their name being used for this purpose.

  5. The winner of the national competition may be 

  6. If a winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) working days of the draw, or if a winner is found to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn from the remaining valid entries.

  7. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

General Conditions

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

  2. Proof of purchase (the original receipt) for the qualifying transaction may be required to claim a prize.

  3. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.

  4. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

  5. All personal information collected will be held by the Promoter in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020. You have the right to access, update and correct such information.

  6. The Promoter is Wet & Forget (NZ) Ltd, with its registered office in New Zealand.
