Wet & Forget Indoor - FAQs

What is the treatment for curtains using Wet & Forget Indoor?

Lightly mist the back of the curtains with Indoor before they get mouldy. If they are already mouldy, it may or may not get rid of the mould stains, but you could spray and leave overnight and either wash or wipe the curtains to remove the dead mould stain the following day. However, it is vitally important to everyone's health that you spray this mould regardless - as the mould spores cause all sorts of health problems as they are so toxic especially if there are lung related health issues. Always do a test area to ensure that the dye won’t run.

Is Wet & Forget Indoor harmful to pets (cages / catteries / kennels)?

Normal precautions prevail. Remove the animals. Spray the cages and leave for the required 10 mins and then hose down to get rid of any residue.

Can I apply Wet & Forget Indoor to wallpaper to get rid of mould?

You will definitely need to do a test spot first as the variations of wallpaper are huge and for some people this works but others not - but it will definitely kill the mould. Sometimes it disappears by itself and other times you will have to wipe the mould off after several weeks. Please do a trial area first.

Will Wet & Forget Indoor get rid of black mould staining?

Wet & Forget Indoor will not remove the black stains like bleach will. Indoor will kill the mould but will not always remove it especially if it has been there a long time. It should be used as a pre-emergent spray so the mould is kept at bay.

Does it matter if Indoor is not wiped down in 10mins?

No - but you should remove any liquid excess of the product before you work on the surface.
